Carrot Cake


This is the best pretty easy carrot cake recipe.


It's perfectly moist and delicious made with lots of carrots, crushed wallnut and cinnamon.




It's so soft like cotton and so delicious that you won't be able to get yourself  eating cake.


You will want to eat again in every forkful tastes.



Let's make this yummy cake together.... 

Ingredients:

4 eggs at room temperature
1 cup olive oil (100 ml)
2 cups sugar (400 gr.)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour (280 gr)
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons sodium bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup crushed walnut
3 abundant in cups grated carrot (4-5 carrot)

Instructions:
1- Mix eggs and sugar in a big bowl with a hand blender for a few minutes. Add oil and vanilla into the mixture, mix well.
2- Add flour, baking powder, sodium bicarbonate, salt, cinnamon to wet the mixture. Mix well with spatula until combined.
3- Add grated carrots, crushed walnut into the mixture. and mix with spatula.
4- Grease a baking tin and pour the batter in it.
5- Bake it 175C for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6- Let it completely cool before serving.
