Broad Bean
Here is a delicious fresh broad bean meal in the season


Maybe most people don't fancy eating this taste.  

 
What should I lie, I did not like broad beans before I learned this recipe. After trying this recipe, I really, really like its taste now. Even the households eat lovingly. 


I put all the ingredients in the raw and cook it.



I use some flour, some lemon juice so that the broad beans do not darken when making preparations for cooking.


While serving, sprinkle some dill and add yoghurt with garlic next to it. It goes very well with the garlic yogurt.




Ingredients:
500 gr. fresh broad bean
1 onion 
2 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water, salt
dill, yoghurt (for serving)

Instructions:
1- Wash the broad beans, remove the bones and cut the large broadbeans in two or three pieces.
2- Chop the onion and tomatoes in cubes.
3- Put olive oil in a pressure cooker and add onion and garlics.
4- Add broad beans to the pot and sprinkle flour onto the beans.
5- Add lemon juice and tomato paste. Mix the ingredients.
6- Then add salt and tomatoes. Pour 1/2 cup water.   
7- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for about 15 - 20 minutes.
8- Serve with chopped dill and some yoghurt.
