Tahini Cookies

My family find these cookies so irresistible. They absolutely love this delicious taste. Coffee or tea goes really well with these delicious cookies. 

Enjoy your dessert with these cookies baked using tahini, cinnamon and crushed walnut....







Tahini Cookies with walnut and cinnamon

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed walnut
1/2 cup oil (sunflower seed oil)
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup tahini
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 + 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 pack vanilla powder (5 gr.)
1/2 pack baking powder (5 gr.)
1 small bowl sesame seeds
a handful walnut 

Instructions:

1- Mix oil, sugar, tahini, walnut, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Stir in flour and baking powder. (dough will be soft) 
If the dough doesn't combine well, you can add 1-2 tablespoon flour. (Flour can be change according to their features) 

2- Make round shapes. 
Dip tops of  shaped doughs in sesame seeds and put one walnut on top of each shaped doughs pressing to adhere.

3- Place each round shaped doughs onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned in preheated oven to 150 C.
Let cool completely on baking sheets (cookies will firm as they cool) and remove from baking tray.  If you remove the cookies  not completely cooled , they may be disperse.
