Magnolia Pudding
This creamy, delicious pudding will surely be one of a must dessert in your home. As is known, making this pudding is not hard. Proceeding item by item will make easier for you.
I have made this pudding with ripe banana but you can prefer other fruits, strawberry, raspberry, kiwi etc. instead banana. It's optional.
I strongly recommend you to try it. I know you are going to love it!
Magnolia
Ingredients:
1 litre milk
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons starch
1 cup (150 gr.) sugar
1 pack (5 gr.) vanilla
1 pack heavy cream (200 gr.)
100 gr. vanilla biscuits
2 bananas or strawberries
Instructions:
1- Mix flour, starch and sugar in a large pan. Add yolks and milk.
Cook it over medium heat stirring constantly, always in the same directions to avoid lumps forming until thickens.
Set aside pudding to cool.
2- Add vanilla and cream to warm/cold pudding and mix it with mixer till combined well.
3- Make biscuits crumbled in rondo.
Put 2-3 tablespoons crumbled biscuits into each of serving bowls.
Fill the pudding until one half of each bowl.
Add some crumbled biscuits onto the pudding again and put thinly-sliced bananas to the sides of each bowl. Fill individual bowls with pudding.
Put crumbled biscuits and banana on the top of pudding to decorate (optional).
4- Place the bowls in the fridge to be chilled.
