Some people eat only for being full, for surviving. What they eat is no importance for them. Rocket with fish, grainy rice, dessert with cinnamon or clove, delightful butter has no value for them.
Whereas meal is passion, love and also flavour that leaves in your mouth. Cooking is alike art. The kitchen equipments become parts of cooking just as musical instruments in an orchestra. When they are used in their time, the meal turns to work of art with bubbling sound, sizzling and delicious scent.
After that it is time for visual. Chef prepares the plate for serving with harmony like an artist. Of course this harmony must be reflected to dinner table for the feast to both of the eyes and the palate.
