Purslane Salad

Purslane with yoghurt is a very delicious salad, and also appetizer in mediterranean cuisine. 


To make this delightful salad is very easy and quick.


Purslane Salad with yoghurt

Ingredients:

A bunch of purslane
1 cup of yoghurt
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of walnut 
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt

Instructions:

1- Beat the yoghurt with crushed garlic in a bowl.  Season salt.
2- Add crushed walnut and mix well.
3- Add washed,  drained purslane leaves into the yoghurt mixture. And mix well.
4- Transfer to the serving plate. Drizzle olive oil and garnish with crushed walnut.
