No-Bake Cheesecake


It's an easy no-bake summer dessert.


A deliciously light and creamy dessert, cheesecake, made from a base of sugar, egg, cream and cheese.


This cold dessert goes very well with lemonade in hot weather.

No-Bake Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 pack of oat biscuits (125 gr.)
100 gr. butter 
3 eggs, seperated 
1+1/2 cups of milk
1 pack of whipping cream powder (70+70:140 gr)
1 pack of labneh cheese (200 gr.)
3/4 cup of icing sugar
1 fresh lemon  juice
1 lemon zest

Instructions:

1- Whip the cream powder and  cold milk in a bowl with an electric mixer.

2- Whisk the egg whites in a bowl using mixer until becoming foam like snow.

3- Whisk yolks and icing sugar in a big bowl with electric mixer about 4-5 minutes. 
   Add whipped cream and beat until creamy.
   Then add labneh cheese, lemon juice and zest and beat them until smooth.

4- Add whisked egg white into mixture and mix them gradually with a spatula.

5- Crumble the biscuits and mix well with melted butter.

6- Mold the crumbled biscuits and press it with your fingers or a spatula.

7- Pour the creamy mixture on the pressed biscuits and  smooth the top with spatula.

8- Freeze it overnight.
