Trilece 





We like this awesome taste very much. Its softened cake soaked in milk, cream over the cake and caramel on top... 





 

This dessert is made three steps. Firstly baking cake, then soaking cake in milk and spreading cream on it, the last step is caramel dumplings on top.











This light dessert will be your favourite.

Lets do it together.....




Ingredients:

For cake:
5 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup oil
1 pack vanilla 
1 pack baking powder

For syrup:

3,5 cups milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
200 gr heavy cream

For caramel:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon butter
200 gr heavy cream

For topping:

1 packed whipped creme 

 Instructions:


For cake: 
1- Preheat the oven to 160 C . Lightly butter a baking dish.


2- Put the eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl.  Mix using a mixer until it becomes a thick light yellow foam.
  
3- Add water and oil, mix again with a mixer for a minute.
  
5- Add flour, vanilla, baking powder  and mix softly moving the spatula from bottom to top.
 
6- When you obtain a smooth mixture, pour it into the baking dish. Try to spread the mixture evenly. If necessary shake slightly to make even. 
7- Bake for about 35-40 minutes until the cake is cooked. Check with a toothpick. Dip the toothpick in the cake, if it comes out clean it means that the cake is ready, take it out of the oven. 

For Caramel:
1- It takes quite some time for the sugar to be caramelized; so as soon as you put the cake in the oven start preparing the caramel. 
2- Put the sugar in a skillet. Wait paitently, over low heat, without mixing, until this mixture turns brown.
When sugar melts totally, add butter and mix with a spatula.
3- When the sugar and butter combine well, add heavy cream. The sugar might harden at this stage, don't worry it will gradually  melt again.
Mix it continuously until they combine well.

For Milky Mixture:

1- In a deep bowl mix the milk and the sugar until sugar melts. 

2- Add  the cream and mix for another 2 minutes. 

3- This mixture is not cooked.

 

1-When the cake cools, make holes on it with a tooth pick.

2- Then pour the milky mixture evenly on all the cake. The cake will completely absorb the milky mixture very quickly.

 3- When all the milky mixture is absorbed, spread the whipped cream on top of cake after you seperate a small amount of cream for ornament.
 
4- Finally pour the cold caramel on top of the cake to cover all over the cake. And make lines for cake decoration with seperated whipped cream on top by using cream squeezing bag.
  

5-Make lines with toothpick for decor.



6- Cut the cake to serving size squares. Put the dessert into the fridge and serve cold.
