Puff Pastry

Easiest homemade puff pastry recipe and the most delicious one with rich buttery flavour.



Making puff pastry dessert is a very good choice for the guests dropped in unexpectedly.


This is a flaky, crispy and buttery pastry with any filling that you most like. 


You will be praised by your guests when you serve this very delicious dessert with coffee or tea.



Puff Pastry with banana (croissant)

Ingredients:

4 puff pastry flakes
2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut cream
1-2 banana
some icing sugar for topping

Instructions:

1- Spread 1/2 tablespoon chocolate hazelnut cream on the half of puff pastry flake.

2- Put 3-4 slices of banana on the chocolate cream.


3- Fold over puff pastry flake  to the half of it, and press the edges with your fingertips well or with a fork.


4- Place the doughs on a greased baking tray. Score 2-3 times on the each of pastry.

5- Bake in the preheated oven in 200C until they rise and are golden.



6- Take out the pastries from the oven. Dust the each one of all with icing sugar.
